• What is the difference between a Phone card and FatimaPhone Prepaid Long Distance Service?

  Unlike phone cards that advertise misleading low rates, our rates are clean, with no additional hidden fees or taxes. Consumers should realize that in most cases calling cards have numerous hidden fees and the minutes promised are received only for one continuous call.
  
  Consumers should also keep in mind that most calling cards require you to enter a PIN for every call. This is particularly inconvenient if the user is on the go or misplaces their calling card. FatimaPhone is the only prepaid calling service that remembers the user's phone numbers and does not require you to enter a PIN. Plus, FatimaPhone is a one-time purchase, as opposed to buying a new phone card every time one runs out.

• How does FatimaPhone work?

  To use FatimaPhone, you will need to sign up for an account. A FatimaPhone prepaid account can be opened instantly with as little as $1. You will choose a new Account Number and PIN and can start making calls right away. As you make calls, charges are deducted from your account balance. With each call you place, you will hear your remaining balance dollars and minutes. You may add funds to your account at any time or enable the Auto-Recharge option so you never have to worry about running out of call time. At FatimaPhone, we make it simple for you.
  
  You may use a credit card (Visa, American Express, discover, or MasterCard) check over the phone/fax or Paypal TM to make your purchase.

• Can I pay by check or money order?

  YES, any payments by check or money order will be on hold and their account will not be credited until check is clear from our financial institutions. (*there is an extra $35 fee if the check will bounce).

• Can I use my FatimaPhone calling card from any phone?

  You can use your calling card from any phone in the U.S. and Canada at anytime.

• Can I make FatimaPhone calls with my cell phone?

  Yes! You can make FatimaPhone calls within the U.S. and Canada to more than 250 countries from your cell phone! Making international calls with your cell phone is easy - and the same great FatimaPhone rates apply. You may, however, incur airtime charges or additional charges depending on your cellular service plan. Consult your cellular provider for details.

• Does FatimaPhone service work from a rotary phone?

  Unfortunately no, a touch-tone telephone is required to place your calls.

• Are the rates higher if I use my cellular phone?

  Yes! You can make FatimaPhone calls within the U.S. and Canada to more than 250 countries from your cell phone! Making international calls with your cell phone is easy - and the same great FatimaPhone rates apply. You may, however, incur airtime charges or additional charges depending on your cellular service plan. Consult your cellular provider for details.

• Are the rates higher if I call TO a cellular phone?

  If you call TO a cellular phone outside of the U.S. or Canada, a higher rate per minute may apply. Please consult the rates for the country you are calling. If there is no cellular rate listed, the country rate is the rate you will pay.

• Am I going to need a local access number?

• Are there any additional charges?

  With FatimaPhone, there are no hidden charges. There is a No connection fee, there is also a NO monthly service fee that applies to all accounts. Surcharges may apply for calls made from a cellular phone. A 99¢ payphone operator recovery fee will be charged on calls made from payphones.

• Can I make FatimaPhone calls right away?

  Yes, you can! You will have a minimum $1.00 balance available for calls until your credit card is verified. Your full balance will be available for calls within 1 or 2 business days. You will receive an e-mail notice and customer service will contact you for payments confirmations when verification is complete.

• Can I use FatimaPhone to make calls while I am outside of the U.S.?

  No. In addition to making calls from the United States, you can use FatimaPhone from Canada, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Alaska, and Guam for no additional charge. (Calls made from Canada are charged in U.S. dollars.)

• How good is the connection?

  We have a technical department that is always working 24 hours 7 days a week to maintain the quality of our service.

• Can FatimaPhone be used for faxing?

  Yes. You can use FatimaPhone to send faxes. Register your fax number like any phone in mange my account or just dial access number local or toll free and Follow the dialing instructions and when prompted for the number you wish to call, enter the recipient's fax number. Then press Start on your fax machine.

• Can I use my relative's credit card to purchase a FatimaPhone calling card?

  If you wish to use your relative's credit card, the credit card holder must mail us a letter with their signature authorizing you to use their credit card along with a copy of their credit card statement showing their first and last name, billing address, and credit card number. They should name you in the authorization letter . Once we receive the authorization letter we will do a bank check to verify the credit card holder and will place the funds in your account.

• What is the Paypal payment agreement?

  When paying using Paypal, you will be asked to accept an agreement that allows FatimaPhone to debit an amount from your Paypal account on your behalf. This is done to allow Auto-Recharge to work on your FatimaPhone account. Please note that we will only debit funds from your account if you selected the Auto-Recharge option. If you did not select the Auto-Recharge option, you still need to accept the agreement to pay using Paypal, but we will not debit your account further. (We keep a record of the agreement on file in case you later add Auto-Recharge to your account.) For further information on this agreement, please consult the PayPal website.

• How do I retrieve my Account Number or PIN?

  If you forget your account login information, we can automatically send it to the e-mail Address you used when you set up your account, to retrieve your account information. Just click in forget username and password. You can also retrieve your Account Number or PIN by contacting FatimaPhone Customer Service.

• Can I use my pin number from a phone number not register in my account?

  Yes you can if you have the pin number.

• What is the refund policy?

  FatimaPhone is a prepaid long distance phone service and we do issue refunds for the unused dollar amount on the account and just only apply for the last transaction only.

• What if there is an error with my billing?

  If there is an error in your account or would like to have clarification, please contact our Customer Support Monday – Friday They will be able to help you with any questions you have.

• When I view my call history why does it show another originating number?

  If you have a caller ID block feature, your originating number will not show up in your call history. If you want to remove your caller ID block feature, you need to contact your local phone carrier.

• Am I able to view my call history online?

  Yes. You need to go to our Homepage and login into you're account and see you're call history.

• When does my account expire?

  FatimaPhone prepaid minutes will only expire after one (1) year , if you do not use your account also .

• What is the minimum that I can recharge my account for?

  The minimum you can recharge your account for is $1.00. You can also charge and recurring recharge service for your account for $10 , $20 , $30 , $40 , $50 , $60 , 70 , $80 , $90 , $100.

• Can I recharge my account online?

  Yes. You can manually recharge your account online.

• Is there an added fee to recharge?

  No. There are no surcharges or hidden fees when recharging.

• How do I register a phone number for No-PIN Dialing?

  There are two ways to register a phone number for No-PIN Dialing:
  
  first way :- Online: You can add, change, and delete your No-PIN ( ANI ) settings in the No-PIN Settings section of our online account center.
  second way :- Customer Service: If you experienced difficulty registering phone numbers for No-PIN Dialing, you may call our Customer Service team for assistance or contact live support.

• How do I remove a phone number from No-PIN Dialing?
